As an Associate or Vice President in the EDG Sales team, you will play a key role in driving client engagement and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging our comprehensive suite of equity derivative products. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support, while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
• Drive client engagement and expand market presence through strategic initiatives.
• Provide market insights and analysis to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in all client interactions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the equity derivatives space or a related financial markets role.
• Strong understanding of equity derivative products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to provide market insights and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
