You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging our comprehensive suite of equity derivative products. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support, while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Drive client engagement and expand market presence through strategic initiatives.
- Provide market insights and analysis to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in all client interactions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the equity derivatives space or a related financial markets role.
- Strong understanding of equity derivative products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide market insights and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working with global clients and understanding of international markets.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to equity derivatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
