About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results oriented licensing and sales manager to drive international growth. As the International Licensing Sales Manager you will work hand-in-hand with the Vice President of Business Development to review global white space opportunities, identify potential licensing partners and negotiate new licensing deals.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of international consumer electronics markets to identify potential opportunities
- Development of strategies to strengthen market presence
- Creation and implementation of targeted sales materials
- Identification, solicitation and acquisition of new licensee partners
- Term Sheet drafting, deal negotiation and due diligence collection for contract finalization
- Establishment of long-term, trusting business relationships at upper management level
- Attendance of tradeshows, conferences and other relevant industry events
- Cross department collaboration with legal, marketing and key accounts

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in licensing, sales or business development
- Proven deal negotiation skills with ability to drive revenue growth and surpass sales targets
- Strong sense for business opportunities and a clear desire to actively develop markets
- Superior relationship management skills and ability to engage with lead decision makers
- Familiarity with global market dynamics of consumer electronics industry
- Collaborative and cooperative spirit motivated to develop programs with licensee partners
- Strong time management and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Priority given to candidates with pre-existing relationships with European electronics retailers
