Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion initiatives in North America. Key responsibilities include cultivating new customer relationships, enhancing the company's market presence, and developing effective sales and marketing strategies. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal departments for business negotiations, contract signings, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets while maintaining stable business operations. Additionally, the Sales Manager will identify and capitalize on new market growth opportunities and enhance the company's marketing image through engagement with industry associations, media, key customers, and participation in industry exhibitions.
Job Responsibilities:
Cultivate new customer relationships in North America, identifying and pursuing fresh business prospects.
Enhance the company's market presence and industry image through various channels.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, establish, and enhance sales structures and processes.
Foster trust and positive relationships with both new and existing clients, actively engaging in customer development.
Collaborate with relevant departments for business negotiations, contract signings, and contribute to mutually beneficial business relationships.
Identify and capitalize on new market growth opportunities, translating them into actionable plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Enhance the company's marketing image through engagement with industry associations, media, key customers, and participation in industry exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in B2B, with a specific focus on the global lithium-ion battery industry.
Demonstrated success in sales and account management with a proven track record.
Proficient in executing strategies that involve multiple stakeholders.
Results-oriented and customer-focused approach.
A team player who actively embraces responsibility and seeks to contribute to a successful team.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in English and Mandarin; fluency in Japanese or Korean is preferred.
